[Everything doTERRA] Re: My siblings have H1N1

Julie, the soup looks great, can't wait to make it, even if we aren't
sick.
Thanks
Pat

So after writing my family with some tools for the swine flu, which by
the way, they report that it takes 5-7 days of flu, but that it's
nothing more than a severe cold and then they are done; and I wanted
to share the soup recipe and tea blend that we're using with some
success. Anyone have anything that has worked for you?

Along with the swine flu protocol that was posted here on EdT:

Auntie Julie's Feel Better Soup

2 cups filtered water
2 stalks of celery
2 Tablespoons EVOO
1 apple (washed peel and all)
1/2 lemon (washed peel and all)
1/4 to 1/2 jalapeƱo
1 clove garlic
2-4 drops Lemon EO
Blend until completely incorporated into a broth and warmed. Transfer
to a warm bowl or keep on stove at lowest heat
Add:
1/2 cup chopped parsley and cilantro
diced avocado
diced red bell pepper
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1/2 c. shredded parsnip
Serve.

Also this tea:
1 part peppermint
1 part elderflower
1 part yarrow

and dr. Christopher's x-ceptic tincture
