You put a quart of epsom salt in a large container add your choice of oils, two or three using about 5-6 drops into the salt.
Stir well until salt is well coated. Place in glass containers with lids. When ready to soak add the salt to the warm water,
swish and submerge. This could be for feet or for the bath, enjoy!!
Citric Acid, try the drug store, look in the canning department.

Thanks for all your help!  I have learned so much from all of you!

Tamalu - for those of us that don't live in UT, where can we purchase
the Energy Medicine workbook that you are talking about? I sure wish
I lived near there as I would love to attend this event.

Thanks,

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: PB Assist

Thanks for both of your responses.  Yes, I did send this to Rob Young

Follows is a prepared statement regarding the Palm Oil used in PB
Assist:

Trans-fatty acids are present in very many foods we eat, especially
processed foods that are fried or use vegetable oils as ingredients.
Reducing the amount of trans-fatty acids consumed in our diet is an
important part of the first step on our doTERRA Lifestyle Pyramid,
eating right. As a general rule, we do not use trans-fatty acids in
the production of food products at doTERRA.

A very, very small amount of partially hydrogenated palm oil is used
in PB Assist as a protective middle layer medium in the patented
triple-layer beadlet delivery system. The outer enteric layer protects
the delicate probiotic cultures from stomach acids. The middle layer,
which uses the hydrogenated palm oil, protects the inner layer with
the probiotic cultures from moisture and air during storage and travel
to site of GI action. This triple-layer system was developed over
years and at great expense and using another medium for this middle
layer is not an option at this time. Palm oil is GRAS-listed
ingredient approved for use in our food supply.

To your question on the health dangers posed by the palm oil used in
PB Assist, we can confidently say that it poses no danger to your
health. The amount of palm oil per beadlet is exponentially small
compared to the amount of trans-fatty acids consumed in even the most
healthy of diets. To put the amount of palm oil in PB Assist in
perspective, a 4 oz. serving of low-fat milk contains about 2% trans-
fatty acids, or about 2.36 ml or about 2 grams. Each PB Assist beadlet
is less than 100 mg (estimate), and if it were 100% trans-fatty acids
it (it is not) then you would still only be consuming 1/20 of the
amount of trans-fatty acid in a serving of low-fat milk--and it is
probably much less than that as I estimated high. (Rough estimates
only, but you get the illustration.)

When considering trans-fatty acids, other fats, sugars, etc. in
regards to our health it is important to have a concept of scale and
proportionality in our assessments. Avoiding trans-fatty acids by
eating less processed foods and increasing the amount of fresh, raw,
and whole foods in our diets is something we will continue to teach at
doTERRA. But we also counsel people against extremes that are not
supported by science or logic. The benefits of healthy intestinal
flora provided by PB Assist is many times more beneficial to your
health than the minute amount of trans-fatty acid of the palm oil used
in the beadlet.

Sincerely,

Rob Young

[Everything doTERRA] Re: Mood Matrix

Has anyone put together an actual class using the Mood Matrix? I know
we can use the power point, but I'm referring to using foot soaks and
how are the customers being introduced to this. Do they soak in one
oil for a bit and then when they get out of the soak, they use the
other oils? Or is there a different approach?

Thanks,

Valerie
