[Everything doTERRA] Re: coughing/scratchy throat

Thank you I will give those a try. I do gargle but probably need to
do it more often.

[Everything doTERRA] Re: Eczema

Agreed with Pat. While you are waiting for the internal issues to
start to resolve, apply a mixture of Yarrow and Rosemary Verbone
Hydrosols to a cotton ball and rub on all affected areas a few times
daily and wait for it to dry before dressing. Yarrow is a major anti-
itch relief rememdy and the Rosemary Verbone helps heal the basal
layers of the skin deep down so that as it heals, its less painful and
the skin is healthy underneath. I have been having my sister and her
daughter doing this for some time and its helping. You can find both
hydrosols at www.fromnaturewithlove.com under ingredients and then
hydrosols

RE: [Everything doTERRA] Eczema

I second Pat!!!  Eczema is really a manifestation of something going on internally – most of the time yeast.  A naturopathic doctor from Canada said a woman came to him expressing frustration that he was her ‘last resort’.  She had severe eczema on her hands and arms and said – nothing I’ve tried has worked!  He did some research and found she had been on a certain medication for a long time seven years prior.  He told her her problem was in her ‘gut’.  She was disappointed, and said, “No it isn’t, it’s here on my hands!”…He proceeded to explain why – and asked her to try what he recommended (cleaning out the gut) for at least 2 months.  She finally agreed – and after 2 months – NO MORE ECZEMA.  It may take more than 2 months…and there does have to be some diet changes as well…but it’s worth a try!  J

There are many topical oils that can be used for this condition but until you address the internal issue the eczema will keep returning. If it were me I would start with a regiment of GX Assist followed by the probiotic. Take the GX and PB as directed then wait 10 days and repeat the GX and PB, then wait 10 more days and repeat it for the third time.
You can use topical oils as well while doing this cleanse to help alleviate the discomfort.

If you really want to pull out all the stops start using the Life Long Vitality to replenish what is missing in your system.

Re: [Everything doTERRA] coughing/scratchy throat

First: gargle with lemon and oregano (use FCO also)

Second: Every hour today take a capsule with equal drops of lemon, oregano, thyme and Wild Orange.

Do the gargle throughout the day as your throat hurts. Be consistent and really nail this bug before it gets
ahead of you.

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Costochondritis pain

Vikki,
Since this painful area in your chest wall is caused by inflammation the
deep blue should work well. You need to keep the inflammation down.
There are a number of the oils that can be used for inflammation and you
have quite a few of them. The next time you order get some Past Tense and
when you or your daughters have this pain try the Past Tense. It is less
costly and for some conditions works as well as Deep Blue.

Deep Blue is pulling out the big guns and sometimes there are other oils
that work well also, such as: Lavender, Peppermint, Lemongrass, Roman
Chamomile, Melaleuca, White Fir, Clove, Helichrysum, Wintergreen, Myrrh,
Frankincense and so on......

You have a pharmacy full of oils for your specific condition plus anything
else that comes up with your family. You have been empowered with these
oils, use them well.

My daughters and I all have costochondritis, and mine is particularly

Would I be correct in thinking that Deep Blue would be the blend I
should use? For the moment, I pretty much only have the Family
Physician kit and a couple of extras (the oils that I needed to make
up the AromaTouch kit).

Thanks to all the knowledgable people on this forum, and your
willingness to share, I'm learning so much!
