Yes, my brother uses this for his COPD and is amazed at how much it

has helped him. He is in much worse condition than your friend, and is

also completely bedridden. He loves the oils.

I would imagine that the polyps would shrink and go away.

Hi, what about lemon. If I were going to another country as you explained, I would do the things that the others wrote along with a few drops of lemon in my water. Lemon is known as a powerful aromatic, topical, and internal cleanser that can be used to complement many other oils. Good luck to him!

[Everything doTERRA] LLW - LifeLongWellness

A success story --

My husband usually has terrible allergies this time of year. A few
years ago before we got into doTerra, he'd sneeze continually and his
eyes would water non-stop if he didn't take medication. Last year, he
did not take the medication but used the combo of lavender, lemon &
peppermint to help him manage the symptoms. This year? The pollen
from the pine trees is so thick that when the wind comes up and shakes
it from the trees, it looks like a Saharan dust storm! And yet, he's
hardly experienced any symptoms! I attribute this to his regular
