Re: [Everything doTERRA] Asthma/Sarcoidosis

This disease is an inflammation of the lungs and should be treated as such. It will take time but you need to get the inflammation under control.
I would suggest 3 drops of Frankincense under the tongue daily, to help maintain healthy cells
I would also use breathe aromatically at least 3-4 times a day to help the lungs maintain its immune function.

Hello. I am new to the group. I'm sure this has probably been discussed. Will go back and read when I have more time. I am over 40 and developed asthma. It was mild at first but since being diagnosed with Sarcoidosis it has gotten worse. I used to walk and work out a bit but now I can barely complete a sentence without being out of breath. Can anyone recommend anything that I can take to either get rid of or help with some type of relief? Help!!!!

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Trim Shake

Thanks everyone for your suggestions and replies. The shake mix I'm doing right now has proprietary super-protein blend, proprietary super-fruit/antioxidant blend, proprietary super-green/phytonutrient blend, proprietary adaptogen blend, and proprietary pre - and probiotic/digestive enzyme blend in it. Does anyone know if the doterra shakes have those blends in it as well or something compared to it? I drink this shake in the mornings for breakfast and can tell if I haven't done it after awhile. I'm full throughout the day as well and don't eat as much, which has been so nice.

I love the chocolate trim shake. It has the most protein and the least amount of carbs and sugars than most of the shakes on the market.

If you go to the doTerra website, you can click on the image inside of the trim shake window, that will show you the nutritional values on the back of the bottle.

I am really sensitive to taste. I don't like most protein shakes because they have that aftertaste to them. And yet I love trim shakes. I recently introduced my husband to them, and now he is eating them for breakfast every morning. He's pretty finicky on the protein drinks too.

Good luck in your decision, but not only are they a good value but nutritionally they're awesome.

If you have anymore questions please ask.

RE: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Arborvitae for Candida?

Would you mind sharing with us how many drops of each you put into a container?

My husband wears a partial denture and at his last dental visit, the dentist told him he has a yeast infection along the area where the partial sits.  He was told to rub vaginal cream on that area.  YUCK!!!!
I made a mouthwash with melaleuca, oregano, peppermint, and arbovitae.  It seems to be helping.

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Trim Shake

I love the vanilla one. You can add anything to it. It's good with milk, but if I use water then I'll add fruit to it. That's how I eat my fruit.

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Oregano burned my skin

Try applying oregano on the bottoms of your feet.  Most people do not have sensitivity there.  Only a few oils need to be diluted, and only in the case of sensitivity problems.

Just make sure you always dilute the oils with something like coconut oil. It will take a while to figure it all out, but the hot oils will burn some people and not others. I would put lavender on your burned spot with coconut oil. Welcome to the world of oils!
