[Everything doTERRA] Re: Dry and very itchy lips

Make sure if you are drinking lemon or any other citrus oil in your water and its getting on your lips, watch your sun exposure to your lips.

[Everything doTERRA] Dropper lids for bottles?

Has anyone found or used dropper lids for their 15ml bottles? If so, did it work as well as you thought and where did you find them?

Again taking it internally and also applying to the affected area, I have found geranium to be a great help with this. And just to remind you that Juniper Berry is a powerful kidney health oil.

His best option here would be to start the LLV. He needs more that just the Black Pepper for some of these other issues. Geranium is great for edema, rubbing on the swelled area. The LLV is great for Arthritis and also using Past Tense on the joint areas. Marjoram and Aroma Touch is good for muscle as is Deep Blue Rub. Aroma Touch and Cypress is also good for circulation and DigestZen should be part of his day with his digestive issues.

My uncle wants to quit smoking so when my mom suggested Black Pepper and showed him the info page about it. He noticed the other things that it helps with which he also deals with and wanted to see if it would help all of those things. He is currently putting a drop under his tongue whenever he has the urge to smoke. We are unsure how he can further use the oil for the other issues. I'm not sure if 1 drop throughout the day will help the other issues without ingesting it in a capsule? These are the other issues he's hoping to have addressed with just the black pepper oil...

[Everything doTERRA] Re: essential oils for breast enlargement???

Ive been doing some reading and warming the breasts with a heating pad prior to application will help stimulate the nerve endings into receiving the oils/creams. There is also a massage technique from Venus Artistry that teaches the proper breast massage to help. I cant wait to put in my order next month.

[Everything doTERRA] Nursed away breasts

Not that I regret nursing all three if my girls....I am just saddened and very self conscious going from a DD to a saggy C-.

I understand that breasts massage with essential oils may help with the sagginess, I'm 35 yrs young and was wondering if anyone had suggestions on what eo's to try?
