This happened before I knew about oils. I used large amounts of nutritional yeast, I encapsulated it myself. Lavender, helichrysum, or frankincense would be good to calm the skin and try to heal it but just like if you were trying to treat a rash from candida, you have to get to the root of the problem before you will solve it. Now I would use LLW for sure and I would up my nutrition with green smoothies. I love putting coconut milk in mine along with lemon oil. I don't know what your diet is like but I would suggest staying away from processed foods and white flour and sugar. Add whole grains, if you can do soaked grains that would be best. Also, stress depletes B vitamins so maybe you can talk someone into doing an Aromatouch everyday! At least use the emotional oils to help with the stress.
