Have her put Balance in a small glass spray (you can add a spray to the oil bottle) spray it around the area where he will be and as often as necessary. Put Serenity on his pillow and on the back of the chair he sits in.

In a capsule put 4 drops Frankincense, 3 drops Patchouli, 4 drops lemon, 2 drops OnGuard.
Have him take this daily.

Welcome to doTerra, and to our forum.

Essential Oils on the whole do not interfere with meds. If they are on meds of any kind they can use the oils with ease, with no known side effects.

The GX and PB are gentle cleanses and if someone is taking them and they start getting flu like symptoms then they should reduce their intake of capsules to two a day, and continue for the required 10 days.
There are many things that are helpful by doing the cleanse, and there are times when you just need the PB Assist to boost your immune system and build healthy flora.

If I were dealing with someone who has had heart attacks, I would make sure he is under a doctors care and then I would recommend he start taking a capsule every day with 4 drops each of Basil and Marjoram for heart health.

As far as getting ATT into a spa, it all depends on the owners. They are either very excited about it, or don't want anything to do with you. I learned from experience...LOL.

I am not a massage therapist and cannot charge for my services, but I can charge for the use of the oils. And I only ask for donations of 20.00. Legally, in the state of Florida, this is all I can do. I have done over 100 ATT's with repeat customers, and can only do friends and family. Only those who actually know me. This is because of the "TOUCH" factor in this state

.I cannot make appointments with complete strangers, so I have to get to know someone. Or if I get a referral, I make sure they understand that I am not a massage therapist, I do not have a license, but need for them to sign a waiver before even starting. And I have only done an ATT on three men, the rest have all been women.

It only takes me 30 to 35 minutes to do a session. I do this in a spa and also at a chiropractor's office where I invite my friends to come. I have also gone to people's homes if they can't get to me. I work by appointment only.

It is best to not combine the ATT with massage therapy because of the intensity of the oils, and the light touch you should have with the ATT. But everyone is different. The best training is to go to an ATT certification. If you are a massage therapist, you will get CEU credits. The training gives you a Manuel, which I used for about two weeks straight till I got the technique memorized. Now I could do it in my sleep. I did my first 10 for free for experience and let my friends know that I needed practice and would they mind if I used them to train on. Everyone was very compliant and wanted more.

My grand daughter had night terrors several times every night until diagnosed w fructose malabsorbtion. When they eliminated the fructose from her diet the nightmares (amoung other symptoms) disappeared.

Hello from Austria,
we are quiet new here in the usage with CPTG oils of doTERRA.
And there are lots of questions comming up, like how to suggest people
to use the oils if they use medicine like heartpills or
bloodpreasure pills and so on.
Are there any side effects known using med and oils or the PB Assist
and GX Assist together?
What should we take care off?

If someone had already 4 heartattackes, what could help him?
another person had cancer but now he is healed how can I support the
recovery?

And another question is: I heard once that doTERRA is not having some
range of oils because chemicals would be needed for extraction. Is
that a correct information?

If you really want some inside information, You should contact Brianne Hovey. She is actually doing the ATT in Orlando in March. She is the one that actually started the spadoterra.

As far as getting ATT into a spa, it all depends on the owners. They are either very excited about it, or don't want anything to do with you. I learned from experience...LOL.

I am not a massage therapist and cannot charge for my services, but I can charge for the use of the oils. And I only ask for donations of 20.00. Legally, in the state of Florida, this is all I can do. I have done over 100 ATT's with repeat customers, and can only do friends and family. Only those who actually know me. This is because of the "TOUCH" factor in this state

.I cannot make appointments with complete strangers, so I have to get to know someone. Or if I get a referral, I make sure they understand that I am not a massage therapist, I do not have a license, but need for them to sign a waiver before even starting. And I have only done an ATT on three men, the rest have all been women.

It only takes me 30 to 35 minutes to do a session. I do this in a spa and also at a chiropractor's office where I invite my friends to come. I have also gone to people's homes if they can't get to me. I work by appointment only.

It is best to not combine the ATT with massage therapy because of the intensity of the oils, and the light touch you should have with the ATT. But everyone is different. The best training is to go to an ATT certification. If you are a massage therapist, you will get CEU credits. The training gives you a Manuel, which I used for about two weeks straight till I got the technique memorized. Now I could do it in my sleep. I did my first 10 for free for experience and let my friends know that I needed practice and would they mind if I used them to train on. Everyone was very compliant and wanted more.

I will help with the Uti and the DZ will help, you can take 3-4 drops with water internally and rub some on the bowel area of your stomach. Good for drinking the Cranberry Juice.
As for the Frank you are probably okay with the capsule only.

You can take the oil blend as often as you need too.

Digest Zen would be very good for the diarrhea. Are you drinking a lot of water with lemon to help flush the toxins? The lemon will also help with the tired feeling.
Soak in a hot tub using some epson salt that you have put Citrus Bliss and Elevation in, soak as long as you can and drink lots of water.

It also would not hurt to take a few drops of Frankincense under the tongue.

I as told to wean off the Cholestrymine a little every week, but as soon as I decrease the dose, the loose stools return. Would peppermint help?

It looks like I have a lot of oils on board which could potentially cause more detox diarrhea. If I go back to my doctor, she is likely to tell me to take the full dose of Cholestrymine until after the procedure.

I would appreciate any comments.

I get their newsletter regularly, and the latest one was on
infertility and vitamin D. Here is an excerpt:

"Every year, billions are spent in fertility clinics; the result of
which is often in vitro fertilization (IVF). About 5 years ago, I
began receiving emails from a nurse practitioner in Indiana who works
in a fertility clinic. Her experience was dramatic; 5,000 IU/day for
both the man and woman frequently resulted in a healthy baby. However,
her last email to me was quite sad, she was in danger of losing her
job as her boss, a gynecologist, was losing money due to vitamin D. He
ordered her to stop advocating it or lose her job.

Today, the Daily Mail and several other newspapers reviewed a lengthy
article in The European Journal of Endocrinology that concluded,
"Given the high prevalence of infertility as well as vitamin D
insufficiency in otherwise healthy young women and men and the
possible role of vitamin D in human reproduction, research might lead

There is more on this, but that gives you an idea of how important
vitamin D is to fertility.

I have given ATT to people with steel rods in their back with no problems and plenty of relief. also knees, shoulders and hips. The oils still work on the muscles, tendons and ligaments, and they circumvent the titanium.

I'm about at my wit's end for him...he keeps his cool, but I know it has to bother him to have so many break-outs.

[Everything doTERRA] Sanitizing

Don't mean to be a bother, but I've got another question....

Thinking about when it's time to empty/sanitize/refill 55 gallon water storage barrels...we've used bleach in the past. Now that I've found doTERRA and all the goodness there is to be had, what oil/s would you recommend for this? We usually drain the water once or twice a year...using it to water gardens/lawn, then let the barrels soak for a day with enough bleach and water to clean the inside bottoms. There must be a better way.

Any thoughts?

I like to try a drop of frankincense before using the deep blue rub. One
of my friends with arthritis loves this combo. If you could get her to
take LLV she'll should see a big difference there is an
anti-inflammatory blend that is awesome in it. If you could get her to
do the GX/PB Assist cleanse it would probably help too.

It was the Bee Pollen that I've been taking for @3-4 years. Also told me to lower my LLV to 2 of each, which has seemed okay. The bee pollen, though, I take 4, and she told me to drop to 1. Maybe it was too quick to go from 4 to just one. This has been my 'antidepressant' of choice for a good while, and it works for me. I don't believe in fixing what aint broke. The LLV has made a big difference in the way I feel, too, and I won't give that up, either, but I seem okay with the lower dose of that....

I completely agree. I have a friend whose daughter has severe
eczema. To begin with she applied the melaleuca with VCO and was
having some success with lessening of symptoms. She has begun working
the GX and PB program, and I think adding the LLV would round things
out for her. She IS seeing success, however it will take time ... but
I do believe she can be eczema free eventually. Even for three months
of GX/PB and LLV ... add in a bottle or two of melaleuca and she'd
still spend about half of what she's currently spending per MONTH for
something that is not working!

Add in the modified candida diet that I saw posted 1/27 by Ginny E and
I think your friend could be on the way to a much better life!

CANDIDA DIET
No white flour (if it isn't 100% whole wheat flour don't eat it), no
white rice, no potatoes, no sugar of any kind
except limited aguave syrup, no artificial sweeteners. Stevia is fine.
I use NuNaturals brand of stevia, the grocery store brands taste
bitter and nasty to me. Drink a lot of water 2 quarts minimum (of
course I add lemon oil to mine). No fruits except low sugar ones like
berries. Avoid those if you can for the first month but if not very
small portions like 1/4 c. Most dried fruits have high concentrations
of sugar so avoid.

Foods you can have - 100% whole wheat flour, brown rice, corn (all
kinds), quinoa, other whole grains. That said if you are addicted to
soft drinks, Blue Sky has stevia ones that aren't bad and Sobe 0
calorie uses Stevia. I didn't find it that hard to follow the diet.
Keep in mind, ignore the nutrition labels, where it says sugar grams.
Look at the ingredients. If
a food doesn't have a sugar listed as an ingredient but has grams of
sugar you can eat it.

Again I know its not the traditional candida diet but is a modified
one my doctor uses because most people cannot stay on the traditional
one. She's had a lot of success with it. I went from high levels on
my blood work to normal range within six months.

Keep in mind if you've had candida like I did for probably over 10
years, then you'll probably have to follow this diet for years if not
your lifetime. The same goes for the traditional candida diet, once
you'd had candida you are always very susceptible to candida. This
diet is also great for people with fibromyalgia, myofascial pain
syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, thyroid issues, adrenal fatigue
and all autoimmune diseases.

I had hot flashes for two and a half years before I even heard of
doTERRA. AT LEAST every two hours, day and night, they felt somewhat
like a CONTRACTION (not painful, just intense) ... I am a small woman
that never had any before. Nothing worked for me.

Four months into the oils I listened to a Conference Call on Clary
Sage and combining it with Vetiver (builddoterra.com, Education tab,
about halfway through the discussion on CS) ... I decided to try it.
AWESOME results.

I still have something that resembles a hot flash, I call them more of
a 'warm flush', however they are not 'regular', they are not intense
and normally don't even require me to lose a layer or throw the
covers.

I also use the LLV and believe that has definitely been part of the

    I must not have explained this well. I live in Alaska. I signed up my daughter who lives 8 hours away by jet. I wanted to connect her with other IPCs and go to an into meeting. So I looked at the post convention tour and emailed the person from that city that coordinated it and she never responded. So I did some more searching and found someone else. Sent them a message and they also never responded.
     One of my team members signed up a family member in California. The new IPC wants to meet other IPCs, go to an intro meeting and start building her own team. I thought we'd just try and find a meeting in that area and have her start there. The question was then raised, why would they want anything to do with her, she's just competition. That would certainly explain the reaction I got in my daughter's area. So I thought I'd see how you all deal with this before I potentially send a young sweet person into a situation that could be no so nice.
    I brainstormed this with my mentor and she flat out said we'd welcome anyone with open arms. The stronger the presence of doTerra in the community the better. We all benefit. When I brought it up with my team the reaction was mixed. Some felt the way she did but many felt the opposite.
    So I was curious how others feel and have dealt with this situation. (Again not wanting to critical of anyone's view, I don't think there is a right answer).

This question popped up in our local group recently and I'd love to hear others thoughts on it.
Every so often someone will sign up a family member that lives in another area. They may wish to learn more about doTerra or build their own team. How do the rest of you feel about that? Do you welcome them or not because they aren't one of your own?
My thought was that I'd welcome them even if it didn't directly benefit me. Their contacts may reinforce some of my own and the more interactions with doTerra the more likely someone is to try it. If they have a better connection with me, then they will come to me. But there are many that feel strongly the opposite.
So I'd love to hear others opinions on this - stressing of course that I don't believe there is one right answer and the intention isn't to start an argument, just some brain storming.

I use Geranium on candida based skin issues (okay: athlete's foot!) --
did you know that rough, cracking heels are often a form of athlete's
foot? sure enough! so I put a drop on the bottom of each foot at the
"toe" line and rub my feet together from toe to heel until the oil is
worked in... 7 days later a good loofah/ pumice stone rub and voila
smooth, healthy feet!

We LOVE our oils...and if they(oils) had been able to do surgery for

LOVE geranium! It's keeps my 12 year old daughter a bit calmer. She wears it on a terra cotta diffuser pendant.

I also, apply two drops to my abdomen for monthly cramps (and follow with heat). Really does the trick. I do this about every 2-3 hours for a half a day. :)

[Everything doTERRA] SEPTIC INTESTINE

One of my good girlfriends has been hospitalized and in coma from
septic intestine.
She had drug and alcohol issues before and has been taking a healthy
lifestyle these days, so I am very sadden to hear this news.

I am not even sure if I could get to see her but she loved doTERRA and

    I must not have explained this well. I live in Alaska. I signed up my daughter who lives 8 hours away by jet. I wanted to connect her with other IPCs and go to an into meeting. So I looked at the post convention tour and emailed the person from that city that coordinated it and she never responded. So I did some more searching and found someone else. Sent them a message and they also never responded.
     One of my team members signed up a family member in California. The new IPC wants to meet other IPCs, go to an intro meeting and start building her own team. I thought we'd just try and find a meeting in that area and have her start there. The question was then raised, why would they want anything to do with her, she's just competition. That would certainly explain the reaction I got in my daughter's area. So I thought I'd see how you all deal with this before I potentially send a young sweet person into a situation that could be no so nice.
    I brainstormed this with my mentor and she flat out said we'd welcome anyone with open arms. The stronger the presence of doTerra in the community the better. We all benefit. When I brought it up with my team the reaction was mixed. Some felt the way she did but many felt the opposite.
    So I was curious how others feel and have dealt with this situation. (Again not wanting to critical of anyone's view, I don't think there is a right answer).

This question popped up in our local group recently and I'd love to hear others thoughts on it.
Every so often someone will sign up a family member that lives in another area. They may wish to learn more about doTerra or build their own team. How do the rest of you feel about that? Do you welcome them or not because they aren't one of your own?
My thought was that I'd welcome them even if it didn't directly benefit me. Their contacts may reinforce some of my own and the more interactions with doTerra the more likely someone is to try it. If they have a better connection with me, then they will come to me. But there are many that feel strongly the opposite.
So I'd love to hear others opinions on this - stressing of course that I don't believe there is one right answer and the intention isn't to start an argument, just some brain storming.
