Rest, rest, rest. Our immune system is strengthened when the body is given time to heal/repair or recoup. Don’t understatement the value of rest.

Virginia is the only place I ever lived where I had allergies. It's so beautiful, but that beauty comes at a price. Anyway, my dh has had much success using local honey for his allergies. He just takes one teaspoon every morning. You will need to find a place as close to you as you can for it to work. Ours is w/in 10 miles. Good luck with that...I know allergies are miserable. And kiss the ground and enjoy that Sweet Virginia Breeze for me!
