[Everything doTERRA] Paralyzed from severed spinal cord

I have a friend who is not knowledgable in essential oils but she has
heard that they could help her sister who is paralyzed from a severed
spinal cord... does anyone have any information on this? What oils can
help and how? Are they saying she can get feeling back? Will it help
restore/reconnect nerves?
