[Everything doTERRA] Any help for Ichthyosis?

My youngest daughter has been diagnosed with ichthyosis vulgaris.  Now that I've been introduced to the magical world of essential oils, I would like to make for her our own lotion/cream to help keep her skin healthy.  Anyone have a really great recipe that has helped this condition?
