HA - well now I'll have a harder time eating them (I don't very often) - can't eat ham anymore because of that but I still will eat bacon every once in awhile but I feel bad when I eat it LOL

I read a few books about it and studies before using it and feel it is not just safe it is actually beneficial for some conditions like candida. Definitely it is something to be used in moderation. Like in gum and candy for example. Ideally we should all just lose our sweet tooth and just say no. Having had a kid/teenager I know that is simply not the reality of things. They are typically more interested in appearance than health at that age.

For example: a person eating potato chips could switch to organic kale chips which is not exactly a health food but certainly many times better than carcinogenic potato chips or fries. Once they get used to that they can take the next step but to put a SAD eater on a super healthy diet is bound to fail quickly. Slower upgrades work much better in the long run.
