i take a mixture in a capsul.  u may need big capsul or 2 smaller ones

5 drops onguard

5 drops  melaleuca 
4 drops lemon

3 drops  oregano

2 drops  peppermint 

in a capsul 3 times a day. rub onguard and lemon on neck and throat every hour.  also put 2, 3 or 4 drops of these oils on spine starting with coconut oil.  put 1 oil at a time and rub up the spine.  follow with a hot wet towel.  if it burn or tingles too bad, add more coconut oil.  put oils left on hands on bottom of feet
