I don't know if she is detoxing but my daughter has a similar problem, when she is outside in the winter her hands, mostly knuckles get so red and cracked and the only thing that helps is unfractionated coconut oil - the solid kind.

I would try putting lavender on her arm - I do think it is possible she may be detoxing so don't stop the LLV - just make sure she gets plenty of water, preferably with lemon oil in it!
