Thank you, Riki...I only have the ph drops that came with the machine to test the water.   Will have to find some strips for urine testing.  Never heard of doing that....good idea.

I can answer one question.  You don't need to worry about over-alkalizing your water, it depends on what your body needs.  Do you have pH strips to test your urine?  Keeping track of your pH will let you know how alkaline your water needs to be.

A little to do with oils, but need advice on other stuff, too.

I've read that putting lemon in drinking water helps to alkalize it.  What if I already have an alkalizing machine?  Am I over-alkalizing if I add lemon?

Also, any ideas on how/where to get water tested.  Some in my neighborhood are having issues with junk.   We have a whole-house filter, plus I run mine through the alkaline machine before drinking it.

Just hoping some of you know about water testing.
