I like the spinal technique because it is quick and has great results. I love the ATT also. this doesn't replace... just is in addition. if you don't know the att or need something more- this is a good one. it has kicked out colds when nothing else will. the sickness can lay in spine and this clears it out. start at the beginning of any sickness.i use this on my kids from 2 and up. i use less oils for little ones. maybe 1 drop and 4 different oils. they don't even complain that the onguard is spicy on back anymore.symphony of cells or SPINAL TECHNIQUE- put 1 or 2 drops of each on spine and rub up spine with fingers, can use backs of fingers-- the nail part.. Rub up cause the spinal fluid flushes upward. rubbing up helps push sickness out and raises life energy. really there are no rules on how often to do. Once a week for prevetion. 3x a week for pain. 2 x a day for sickness. etc... remember the oils are super concentrated so more oil at one time is not always better. putting them on spine a couple times a day or week is better than more drops at one sitting.this is the combo i use for basic sickness. i will do other oils as i feel the need. the only thing i consider in order is the warming oils in the beginning, oregano for instance, and the cooling oils in the end, peppermint. the peppermint will drive everything in.1st coconut oil. put a good layer of it on spine. if oils become "burny" add more coconut oil (water will make worse). the oils will tingle but not burn.
2nd Oregano. 1-2 drops rub up spine
3rd Melaleuca. same
4th OnGuard. Same
5th Lemon. Same
6th Breathe. Same
7th Peppermint. same
Put hot wet towel on spine and let sit for 15 mins or so.
-FEET-- 3 or more times a day.
just put 1 drop of each oil on bottom of feet and rub in. bottom of feet don't burn even with the spiciest of oils. if it rolls to the top of your foot it may tingle :) just use the coconut oil or olive oil.
I usually take the oils left on my hands from the spinal and rub onto the bottom of feet also.other oil suggestions:for pain and inflammation here are suggested oils. helps with arthritis, scoliosis, etc...
Frankincense, birch or wintergreen, aromatouch, lemongrass, white fir important, deep blue then end with peppermint
for sickness.Frankincense, oregano with coc. Oil, thyme with coc. Oil, on guard, aromatouch, lemongrass, lemon, melaluca, melissa or eucalyptus, peppermintOn Sun, Feb 5, 2012 at 7:59 AM, Patricia Leavitt <doterradiscover@gmail.com> wrote:
this is something that Boyd Truman does and I don't know if there is anything written or not. I think it is a form of Rainbow therapy. Which means we can do the same thing with Aroma Touch. After I finish doing the ATT I lay a heated rice bag on the spine, I usually recommend a hot moist cloth but the rice bag is more convenient for me.

I hear symphony of cells mentioned many times on this board. How do we find out more and is there a book or something to have as reference?
Thanks!
