The word "dentist" caught my eye here.  I never heard of a stomach migraine but the symptoms I just checked online sound a lot like candida/mercury toxicity.  These will bring on severe symptoms especially with weather changes.  If the child's parent is a dentist they are sure to have been exposed to mercury.  Ask the parents to observe if symptoms get worse before a weather change.  My daughter had almost every listed symptom!
