I am using the Slim and Sassy oil and just started today using the
trimshake. At a doTerra event the presenter said taking about 5 drops
of the oil in a beverage 5 times a day was ideal. I am using alot on
my skin everyday, over 25 drops. I am wondering if I should use less
in my drinks? Usually I add it to iced tea. The more the merrier?
I didn't know about adding grapefruit oil topically with the Slim and
Sassy... should I add it? I have alot of cellulite and what may be
fatty tumors as well. I'm thinking of using frankincense as well
topically for good measure. Can a person use wrong mixtures of oils
and hurt themselves? I have not heard this brought up anywhere. I am
using some other oils such as Deep Blue, and DigestZen.
Thank you, I am so thrilled with DoTerra! Just this week I heard 3
different testimonies of using the oils to heal cancer!
