RE: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Workplace Harassment Using doTERRA?

Sorry to suggest this,
But could it be just a good excuse to blame you and have a scape goat

If they have headaches supposedly because of the oil aroma
The company can't refuse to allow them to leave and can't count it against them either. As stated several times in this thread by others you have a right also to use medicinally the things you need for your health so it's a very hard spot to be in.

I use my oils at my office and everyone I have talked to here including a co worker who got a headache when they applied some of the oils agree this is highly suspicious. None are offended by the aromas
And several have found great benefit. Everyone here suggested is this just and excuse for folks to leave early etc?

I even use the oils when I teach classes at a clinic and local hospital
No problems reported

This is difficult, so sorry you are dealing with it

Will pray for you
It may benefit you to look up what is required by the laws governing your business. What are you allowed sometimes being able to share that you are aware to HR is helpful. You should not have to live in fear and emotional distress

My friends and family who dont use the oils either say they dont
notice a scent, or they like whatever it is because it is not
overpowering.

I use all natural products which carry little to no scent. Some of the
people complaining are themselves smokers or work next to smokers and
I sincerely believe it is hysteria. Or they're using it because they
dont like me.
