Sounds like someone is trying to fire you and using the oils as an exuse...
I'd look for another job...
The people are using you to leave work early... How ignorant can your manager be?!?!?!?!

do.
I am extremely depressed about this. I joined as an IPC to improve my
life and I sunk more money into this than anything else in my life.
There are other reasons why I dislike my job and wish I could quit but
finances will not allow. I do keep looking for a change in position
though. On top of everything, I am very introverted and deal with PTSD
and this situation is making my anxiety worse.
I feel terrible.
