 I presume this was directed at me?

 I have not eliminated white flour or sugar from my diet, but I do not have much in my diet to begin with. Very small amounts to be sure (no sweet tooth and mostly whole grain foods. I do not eat/drink any fast food or soda pop.) 

 I have not done the GX Assist yet, I have done the Zendocrine though (followed by the PB Assist.)
