I suffered from chronic back pain for 40 years. I was seriously considering fusion surgery until last August, which was when I was first introduced to doTERRA. Deep Blue, Wintergreen, White Fir and Lemongrass worked. Deep Blue Rub came out since then. The topicals worked wonders for me but not as much as the LifeLong Vitality supplements. LLV has eliminated my back pain entirely (but not the stiffness, at least yet). I do not use the topicals unless I start to feel pain and then I apply them.

 If I could find somebody who is trained in it to do the Aromatouch on me I think that would help as well, with the stiffness and all.

deep blue on his lower back, but he didn't notice any difference with
it.
