I called and talked to customer service (transferred to a supervisor)
about the vouchers and was told, if the amount goes over the $100 they
can write 'charge excess to credit card' and they will do so. They do
not want you to add a ton of stuff but say you can't hit the $100
exactly and go over a bit it is no problem. The also said do not send
the voucher in until after the LRO is shipped. I keep my vouchers and
give them out after the LRO ships.

PS - if you have an event and they run out of vouchers it goes on the
IPCs account. If you hand them a voucher they must redeem the voucher.

As for the vouchers, the first initial order needs to be a minimum 100PV
with a loyalty rewards order of a minimum 100PV to receive the 100PV
voucher. Also, this voucher cannot be used to pay for ANY loyalty
rewards orders. They need to fill out the Order form on the back,
doTERRA will place that order as a standard order and fill it as so. The
order cannot exceed 100PV and the new IPC needs to mail the voucher in
order to redeem the 100PV.
