I seem to remember grapefruit reacting with a medication (not one of the common BP ones, but something else). If you get a reaction, be safe and discontinue that oil. I think this is obviously a reaction to the chemical constituency of the grapefruit oil (or rind). We just have to be aware of our bodies reactions and be careful.
