This is what I have used for CFS that has worked well. Keep it is written with someone new to doTerra so people who've been using doTerra don't have to go quite so slow. gin

First  10 days of GX Assist, followed by PB Assist (finish the bottle).

Drink minimum 2 quarts water daily minimum. Add lemon oil (start with a couple drops, don’t add to every glass in the beginning. We don’t want to throw you into major detox).

Reduce the amount of  GX if strong reaction (i.e., itchy rash, abdominal pain, etc.)

I  recommend to start right before the weekend if they work (Friday right after work). Gives the body time to adjust. Plan on a low key weekend at home.


After the above is finished start Lifelong Vitality Pack (LLV). Cut LLV dose in ½ if reaction and attempt increase again after 1 month.

Diet, no white flour, no white rice, no white potatoes, no sugar (any kind), no artificial sweeteners except Stevia (I use NuNaturals brand). Limited occasional amounts of aguave syrup. 100% whole wheat or whole grains are fine. Brown rice, sweet potatoes, oats, and corn are fine. Watch labels, look at ingredients not nutritional content. Use organic and fresh as much as possible.

 

I recommend not using Slim and Sassy until after you have been on LLV full dose for a month if you had digestive distress with GX Assist protocol or had to reduce LLV to ½ dose.

 

Deep Blue Rub for pain as needed.


Balance on wrists daily (repeat as needed)

Lavender on bottom of feet before bed. If you wake up in the middle of the night reapply Lavender or Balance.

 

I also recommend using the Ph Kit for their over the counter needs and then

looking at rxs they are taking and trying to taper off the ones that are not

working.

 

Also, do not start another protocol with this or use lots of different oils until after you have been on a full dose of LLV for one month.
