We also offer our down-line many tools besides webinars and conference calls. We have several web sites to offer help that are all free.
http://.zdoterra.com - for new oilers, basics about doterra, products.
http://groups.google.com/group/everythingdoterra/ - this group offers members a way to ask, learn and share experiences and knowledge of doTerra products, and the business.
http://everythingessential.me - a site for avid oilers. Offers a very large, growing data base of health issues, essential oil uses and general natural health advise, including testimonials from the everything doTerra group.
http://doterrasuccessmap.com - is a web tool for doTerra IPC's who need tools and helps to build a successful doTerra business. Several doTerra diamonds have pooled their resources and experience to
create this site. (Rob and Wendy James, Lil Shepard, Gina Truman, Peggy Smith, Denea Huber and others) These are successful IPC's that are sharing tools and ideas that
made them successful. Free, and always growing.
http://everythingdoterra.com - This is the hub to all our websites and newsletter for our team (team everything doterra- Rob and Wendy James) and for any oilers in doTerra or not!
We also have our everything doTerra newsletter that offers great articles for oilers and the IPC's that have business interests. I dont know if you are in our line, but regardless you are welcome to use these tools and web sites. doTerra also offers a lot of training, webinars, etc. Some of them are large conferences at large venues and there is a cost. It usually covers the location, materials, guest speakers and sometimes food. doTerra makes little or no extra money for these. And they are usually incredible. The cost of the Aroma touch training covers the oil kit and training manual that you get, further, doTerra provides a massage table, the robes, and of course pays for the space. Do the math, doTerra does not make money on these.
As a leader, and as you are making more and more money, it becomes your ethical responsiblity to sometimes help pay for venues to train, to help pay for trade show costs, signage, sometimes materials. We as IPC's have a lot more flexibility with what and how we teach about oils than doTerra. doTerra has to be careful how it talks about essential oil and their effecacy (thanks FDA). We can tell our stories and successes. It is our responsibility as we own the businesses. doTerra will provide as is needful and prudent, but it is IPC's that are responsible for the majority of the training and growth of the company.
Become proactive in deciding how you will lead your own team and how you can best train them, despite or in addition to what doTerra or your up line offer. Use your own talents, your own efforts to control your success. Don't get caught up in feeling like you don't get enough support, it will become a crutch of blame that will only make you more lame.
Much Success!! Rob James

Hi,I just wanted to suggest www.fasttrackplanner.com. This is a terrific site with videos covering everything you need to know in order to share with others, and in order for you to understand, both the product and buisness side of doterra. I have found them super helpful. Hope this speeds up your search.:)

Hi, I am new to DoTerra. I love the prospect of healing naturally. I
signed up as an IPC. I have been in a MLM company before and at one
point was employed by a MLM. I am finding the product training to be
lacking. In my prior experiences product training was number one and
never at an additional cost to the distributors. There have been a
few trainings (for which there is a cost associated) that only cover
the business end of things, none for the products. I've seen the info
for the Aroma Touch training but it costs nearly $300 and one has to
be a gold before you can participate. I'm kind of frustrated at
this. How does one get product training, am I expected to purchase
books and learn on my own? I was introduced to DoTerra by some one
who was recently introduced by yet another person who was just
introduced. None of us are new to MLM, all of us are new to essential
oils. How do I find company offered training that won't cost me
additional money? I have done a lot of researching on the internet
and I have, sadly, found more training available for free on the Young
Living site than anything associated with DoTerra. Because of all
this research I have come to the conclusion that DoTerra truly offers
the best quality and strictest quality controls, that is why I signed
up with DoTerra and not another company. I appreciate all helpful
advice!
