My 81 year old mother has been using one for awhile. She can't seem to operate it properly. Once when I visited her there was water all over the cabinet and onto the floor. She couldn't see where the water was in the well and over-filled it, then to make things worse she couldn't align the little cap properly. I go to visit as often as I can and set her Lotus up but I don't think she is using it since the time she spilt water everywhere. The other day when I started it up and it was misting she commented "Oh! It never does that for me!".

 We ordered the Aroma Ace for her, hoping that it will either be easier for her to operate or I can set it up to run for a longer period of time.

 I am wondering if she can get a credit on the Lotus towards the Ace? The Lotus is one we purchased in anticipation of selling it (which we did to my mother) so are we now stuck with her Lotus in addition to the two others we already use so we now have three. Oh, one of those we gave to my father to use and he didn't like it, he doesn't want any more humidity in the house.

the water level should not exceed 70 ml at any time as shown in the

Mine has leaked from the day I got it. I keep a hot pad under it to absorb
the water every day. I think it's condensation. But I'm not sure.
