I am wondering if someone can help me with a pinched nerve in the neck. I have attached the MRI that was done in 2009 and he has had 2 rounds of steriod shots since then. The pain is getting terrible now and he is thinking of steroid shots again. I have been putting deep blue (oil and rub) & wintergreen (not all at the same time.)on his neck and along spine, giving him Lemongrass, White Fir & Frankinsence in capsules to help with inflamation and putting a heating pad on neck after the deep blue/wintergreen. He is also taking LLV.Is there something else I can try?Thanks for your help and advice!Erika--
