I got a cold and did capsules 4x a day. 4 drops franki, 5 drops oregano, 6 drops OnGuard Put Breathe on my chest at night .... Oregano on my feet at night and OnGuard throat drops as needed ..,, cold gone in 4 days!

How much onguard did she use and how often. Every 4 hours is how I use it if I have a cold or are getting one. Under my tongue and yes it's hot, on the back on my tongue, bottom of my feet and in a capsule - I attack the cold!
