Hello,
I have heard of people running into this before, and it is actually not from the oils.:) Depending on the toxic load your body is carrying, and the candida build up, as the oils are cleansing your cells, the candida can sometimes begin to cause problems. Something that will help a lot is drinking as much water with a few drops of lemon e.o. as possible, and also, especially if you are doing the GX Assist, it would be wise to stay away from bread and sugar products during the cleanse. Both can cause the candida to flare up more, and will hinder your progress. The lemon water will not only give you energy, but will aid in dissolving any loose toxins or candida that is being released from your cells, and will flush them out far quicker than usual. Hope this helps.

Hi, I started using DoTerra oils a few months ago and in the last
couple months I have been experiencing what appears as eczema on one
of my hands and also each side of my stomach and a bit on my back.
These are small areas but clearly some kind of rash that itches. The
only other time I ever had ezcema was 20 years ago when I had used tea
tree oil on my face for acne, and in the same spot I got it. So I
stopped using Melaluca (as I'd started using topically and taking the
GX assist to help do a cleanse for candida that I had done as well).
I know these things are supposed to be good for candida but I think
I'm allergic! Now I have stopped all of that, I am still having the
ezcema as I use the other oils and am afraid I may be too sensitive to
them, and may have to stop completely. I apply them to my son's feet
and chest sometimes and perhaps having it on my hands is irritating
for my skin. I also just found out I'm pregnant so was looking
forward to using them. Any thoughts? Thank you!
