Basil is wonderful, on the back of the ear all the way down to the jawline and repeat in front of ear. You an put a small drop on cotton and set it in the ear. You want the fumes to go in the ear not the oil itself.
Also a lot of people swear by Frankincense and Lavender. They all work so whatever you have.
