In many of the topical protocols it says to apply oils to the reflex
points. In the case of anxiety/fear/sleeplessness/calming, which
specific reflex points could a person focus on (feet or hands)?
Thanks for any suggestions. I'm pretty new to the whole reflexology
thing. Though personally I've been applying my nightblend to the
intestinal reflex points on the feet (I've been chronically
constipated most of my life). When I'm thorough there is a noticeable
difference the next day with elimination (for the positive).
