also afraid to use them at work and felt attacked.. I went home and
washed all of my jackets, changed the purse I was carrying because it
smelled like oils, bought new lipstick because I was afriad that the
peppermint I put in my water might have transfered to my lipstick. I
did everything I could to eliminate bringing scents into the office
and still people told me that they could smell it. Finally I deceided
that I'm not doing anything wrong and although I will continue to be
carefull not to use anything too strong in the office, I'm not going
to stop using them at home. I no longer wahs my jackets and sweaters
everyday and if someone has a cold, I go to the ladies room and use my
Onguard on my feet and then wash my hands. I'm lucky that I have one
person who supports me and will stand up for me in the work place and
she has on several occations. It helps to have someone that you can
talk to at work that will support you.so I hope that you have a friend
that you can confide in there. Hang in there and don't stop using
your oils just because of these people. I'd say be respectful of co-
workers but if you need to use something for a migraine, you should.
If anyone complains, just tell them you are treating a medical
condition. Your employer can't prevent you from using products for
medicinal purposes. You might want to go to a Holistic Dr. and get a
note to support using them.
