and every reflex chart I have seen is the physical body only. From
more reading I've come up with the adrenals and endocrine system for
night time anxiety. I am actually a 200 RYT :) but you wouldn't have
known that. Reflexology is something I have heard about for years,
but in conjunction with the chakras it's all clicking into place.
Thank you SO much for replying. The head reflex point is a great
recommendation.
