[Everything doTERRA] Re: Coconut Oil

FCO is great to use with oils because it doesn't go solid and it is
very user friendly. But anytime you can use coconut oil that is not
fractionated, go for it. That way you get all the benefits. It is
great for cooking, skincare, hair care, and you can take it
internally. You can do the same with FCO but you are missing some of
the properties...its fractionated. So I use both. FCO with oils,
like to put in a roller bottle, capsules, or whatever. But everything
else I use whole coconut oil.
