[Everything doTERRA] Re: Child holding breath

I did this as a child and I have a niece who did it. I don't remember
when I stopped, but my niece stopped when she was about four, Her dad
was holding her after she woke up and asked her if her head hurt. He
then explained that holding your breath til you pass out is not good
for your body and will give you a headache. She never did it again.
When my sister asked the doctor how to help her he basically told
"never tell her no or make her mad and she won't do it". Obviously not
an real option. I haven't had any kids go to that extreme, but citrus
oils especially orange and citrus bliss have helped stop temper
tantrums.
