day...since joining doTERRA in July, I started adding Balance and
Vetiver to my daily routine. I was still taking my medication along
with the oils. After almost 2 months, i started to decrease medication
from 2 pills every day to 2 every other day...1 per day. I eventually
stopped taking it all together but found that didn't work well...so
I'm taking 1 once a day along with these oils. that's working well for
me. In the evening, I was taking Ambien. I added Serenity and
Lavender, sometimes Balance at nite. I waited for 2 months before I
decreased the Ambien and now I'm not taking any!! I am able to sleep
peacefully and for a minimum of 5 hours straight! I wake up with a
clear head...not fuzzy like I used to. So...i suggest that you might
want to think about adding the protocols for your issues along with
your medications and see how that goes for a couple of months before
you try to make any changes in decreasing meds...Either way...best of
luck! Just want you to feel well!!
