[Everything doTERRA] Re: 70 year old women with hot flashes

Have her track her hot flashes, record time and severity on a scale of
1-10. Once she has a baseline, try increasing the Phytoestrogen by one
capsule for a week and see what that does. She may need a higher dose
for a while.

Other hormone balancing oils are Geranium, Frankincense, Clary Sage,
Fennel. The key is consistent use.
