[Everything doTERRA] need to stop losing weight

About 4 or 5 years ago I weighed 225 pounds.  I adopted a vegetarian, low fat, no sugar diet (I was diagnosed years ago with food allergy to sugar and wheat) and gradually lost about 1/2 pound a week.  I am 5 feet 8 inches tall and thought 150 pounds would be ideal.

I discovered doTERRA in February of 2011 and did one GX/PB cleanse.  In July I did another round of the cleanse and lost some more weight.  I started the Zendocrine cleanse about September but did not continue (I don't remember why). I think this cleansing has helped control yeast, as I have less flaky skin on my scalp and ears.  Recent treatment for a UTI with antibiotics has also improved the yeast condition.  I am looking forward to starting the PB Assist again after I finish the antibiotic course.  I am on the LLV supplements.

I continue to eat a very high-fiber diet, and that causes loose stools (I have had a stool culture, which was negative)  and more weight loss.  I am now at 139 pounds, less than I have weighed since high school.  I am concerned about my weight and need to stop losing and gain  a few pounds.  The last few days I have been trying to eat higher-calorie foods such as grains, avocados, and cheese.  I don't have the food cravings I had before, so I have to remind myself to eat more frequently and more calories.

Your thoughts, anyone?
