[Everything doTERRA] My Healing

I wanted to share a few things with everyone. I grew up in a remote
area and if we could breath and talk it was a sign you did not need to
go to the doctor. After a very bad horse accident I was unable to
walk well, climb stairs stand or sit. Over the years I learned how to
cope and move with my body as it healed. That was in 1969. In 2009 I
finally gave in and had ex-rays and MRI to find I had broken my lower
leg, numerous cracks in my disc, degenerating disc disease, not to
mention the stress and mental overload I was dealing with.

I had worked for a drug rehab facility and knew I did not want to
poison my body with prescription meds. A medical doctor had given me
a pain med that I told her did not help. I was told to keep taking as
many as I need until I no longer have pain! Really!! I believe in
healing the body, give it the correct help and our bodies can heal
themselves. Many RX meds are like band-aids and just cover up the
problem. Why not give your body something it needs and something it
can use to heal itself?

Being confined to bed and needing help standing, balancing and
walking. Unable to care for myself I moved in with friends and found a
chiropractic that believed in natural healing and doTERRA!! I began
regular treatment to relax my muscles, and help balance my stress and
moods. Within a week I could tell I was improving. I began studying
more on oils and healing. I am now able to go to a water therapy
class, do massage and red light therapy. I have always eaten right
but now paying even more attention. I truly believe the use of oils
has saved my life and I am continuing to improve and work to regain my
muscle tone along with stress and my mental balance. Everything is
connected and one thing off balance creates an imbalance in other
areas.

Bottom line I am working on bringing my body back to balance and very
thankful for doTERRA and all the help I have received!
