try to buy what I can, but at this point it's mostly just spinach and
carrots and celery that I buy organic.
We eat a LOT of produce!
Maybe it's just wishful thinking? But when I wash them, I soak them in
some water with lemon oil and I feel like maybe I'm washing off the
pesticides better than if I were just using water?
Does anyone know if there is any validity to that or am I being silly?
Also, I make my own cleaning sprays for the house and I use lemon
mixed in there for disinfecting purposes. Am I right in this or am I
being silly about that too?
If I wanted to switch it up, what are some other antibacterial oils I
can use in my cleaning sprays to disinfect whatever I am cleaning? I
smelled some natural cleaners the other day and one was lavendar, the
other was basil, and one was rosemary I think, but I couldn't see
anywhere that said if they were antibacterial or not?? They sure
smelled great though!
Thanks :)
