lavender internally in a capsule for my hypertension. How many drops
should I put in a capsule?
Hmmm, Margo are you sure about taking in a capsule? I believe you
would find it much more effective inhaling using a diffuser, an
inhaler or just topically. If you have some allergy problems internal
might work, I would consider 3 - 6 drops in a capsule. I just have no
experiences to relate to. Does anyone else have suggestions for Margo?
