[Everything doTERRA] dry cough

my 6 year old neice just came from Austrailia and has developed a dry
cough that just does not quit. She has had it for 2 days.. No fever
or any other sign of illness.

I used breathe on her feet. Then the back of her neck. Has
not changed a thing.

any other suggestions?
