[Everything doTERRA] cold urticaria....Has anybody heard of this before?

Hi...My 16 yr old. went into the cold yest. and broke out in hives
along her arm and her ears swelled up. Today, she went out to get the
mail and she got hives again on her arm. Looked it up and found cold
urticaria...Has anybody seen this before? Thank you.
