[Everything doTERRA] 5 months old with sinus issue, 2 year old with cough and flu

Looking for Suggestions on what to do for a 2 year old with cough and flu and a 5 months old with sinus congestion. Have tried breathe for sinus and cough and on guard and diffusing on guard for flu.
