It is really not that bad to get a flu now and again. Not only does it strengthen the immune system but the heat of the fever burns up a lot of stuff in our body's and makes us stronger and less prone to future disease. I haven't had a flu in ages but I've always felt better after. More clear mentally. A flu is a signal to rest.
I practice health and detoxification and for me and my family, we will not put toxins into our bodies (just google the ingredients) or support the company's that produce such products for profit. Unfortunately they are seriously harming many people and innocent children. One of my Facebook friends lost everything thanks to a flu shot. It was done to protect someone with auto-immune disease in her extended family and ruined her life. She is unable to work and lost her husband and home through it all. She can barely communicate and forgets mid-sentence what she was talking about. This is not an isolated case. Ethically, there should be genetic testing done BEFORE each vaccine to see if it is tolerable for that particular person and all people should be forced to read the package inserts (ingredients and side effects) before taking a vaccine but this is not being done. Alzheimers, autism, POTS, dystonia are just a few of the side effects and metal build up is cumulative. The body stores toxins immediately because if they are in the blood they are highly dangerous. Within 2 hours the metals are gone into the fat cells (nerve endings, brain, organs). Why take the risk? The oils and some herbs and homeopathy are all very effective for reducing flu symptoms and speeding up the time it takes to get healthy again.
