I would start a 'recipe' I got off this board for gingivitis:
2 T Fractionated coconut oil (you can use Virgin Coconut Oil that you have melted to room temp, however, do not use a microwave. Also, if you use VCO do not spit down the sink)
2 drops of Clove
2 drops of Oregano
2 drops Myrrh (optional)
2 drops of Clove
2 drops of Oregano
2 drops Myrrh (optional)
Put the above ingredients into your mouth, gently pull the oils around your mouth letting them sit where there are problems. You will do this oil pull for 10 minutes and then spit it out. If you are working on a specific gum problem then do this protocol three times a day.
