are times when you feel some discomfort and that is the detox, if it really bothers you
then you just reduce your intake to 2 capsules. Even if you reduce your intake you
still just do it for 10 days. It is a mild, very efficient cleanse. Concentrating on the lower
gut area and eliminating an overabundance of yeast.
After the 10 days your follow immediately with PB Assist for 5 days. This puts the good
flora back into the gut.
If you have an abundance of yeast problems, then wait 10 days and repeat the cleanse.
I personally do the cleanse quarterly.
