If you use a small amount as you would for a child it will absorb very quickly. I have been told that doing it when they are sleeping helps. Just watch them after putting it on and make sure they stay away from their eyes if they have rubbed the affected area. Think about putting some lavender and/or melaleuca in doTerra's lotion and rubbing it in.

Rubbing it on his feet will get it into the blood stream. Since he can't do it any
other way you really don't have a lot of choices.
You decide which cleanse to do first. It should not make a difference, but it is
my opinion that he will need both.
And you may need to repeat the GX and PB. You will know as you go along as
to the help he is getting.
