We can't get rid of anything because its important to newbie's.

I know what you mean. If you give the webinar a little time to load
(depending on your internet connection) you can use the slider bar at
the bottom of the window to skip the introduction. I just move it
around until I find the spot I want to start listening because I've
heard the introduction many times. :)
